I've only heard Kiss the Lie (which I like). How does that compare to these?

I went through a martial/industrial stage a couple of years ago - stuff like Von Thronstahl, Der Blutharsch, Dernière Volonté, Arditi and Laibach. A lot of it sounds stale now, but I still like elements, so I want to revisit the genre with a fresh perspective. Recommendations appreciated.

Woods of Ypres are one of my favourite bands from Canada. They started out as a black metal band and have evolved into a doom metal band. Their latest album has
influences of Type O negative and also Crowbar.

Earache are re-issuing their previous 4 albums and also releasing their new album next year, stay tuned for it.

Inquisition - Ominous Doctrines of the Perpetual Mystical Macrocosm . The Blackmetal Gods are back with their latest album. Might I just say this release blows every other single release in the year and is the best of their brilliant discography! The leak is out so it will be pretty easy finding it!

Hmm try Shava Sadhana (http://www.myspace.com/shavasadhana). Probably one of my favorite projects ever. If you like RhythmicIndustrial/Noise/Gabber listen to Rosewater from lativia. Then theres Suicide Commando if you like EBM. More coming soon...

300% density is a free flowing, multi layered album that required a few listens to really get into it. What doesn't kill you on the other hand is just a great mainstream metal/hardcore album . It changes the sound of the band a little but never really loses the soul that makes Candiria tick. Both excellent albums in their own right. I love this band and its a shame they've broken up.
