After hosting editions in Shillong and Kolkata last month, NH7 Weekender are running down the clock for their next set of host cities – Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru – in the coming weeks.
While the Delhi festival-goers have always been asked to make the trek all the way to Buddh International Racing Circuit for the last three years, this time, the two-day festival comes a little (no, wait; A LOT) closer to Delhi proper. The venue for Weekender, which takes place between November 28 and 29, will set up in Sector 10, Dwarka. That’s really close to the international airport as well, so out-of-towners get ease-of-access as well. Get directions here.
Of course, more than the venue’s actual proximity to Delhi proper, the main reason to attend Weekender this year is to witness first ever India performances by the likes of producer Mark Ronson, electro-jazz producer Flying Lotus, SBTRKT, acoustic duo Rodrigo Y Gabriela and post-rockers Mogwai.
Add to that Weekender mainstays such as The Raghu Dixit Project, Nucleya, Reggae Rajahs and more and we’ve got a feeling Delhi’s attendees will have one less thing to complain about. See the full lineup here.
