Hear ye, hear ye! Hip-shakers, headbangers and groove junkies will all now have a place to get together in relative harmony on November 30 and December 1 at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida. The Bacardi NH7 Weekender, which is in its fourth year now, will be held in the NCR for the second time, and it has come back bigger and better this year; hosted over two days, the festival features a line-up of acclaimed musicians from an array of different genres on six stages, including the Red Bull Tour Bus, which morphs itself into a stage as required. Basically, it doesn’t matter whether you’re into metal or indie or rock or pop or any other genre for that matter, NH7 Weekender is where you need to be if you have the incessant need to groove out.
The line-up this year features a carefully assorted collection of artists, including a few international acts that will make your jaw drop; Mutemath, Benga, and the skull-crushing, face-melting and mind-disfiguring Meshuggah are coming down to declare martial law. In addition, musicians of the ilk of Kailasa, Luck Ali, Nucleya and Scribe will also be turning up and burning up their respective stages.
Beyond just the line-up, though, the festival also offers a host of other activities and novelties to keep audiences gripped through the day. The NH7 Weekender will host a number of different stalls, offering various products and services at the Bazaar, and attendees at the festival this year will be able to browse through stores offering a variety of clothes, quirky and unique household products and a range of other accessories. A food court with multiple cuisines should keep the foodies at bay, while the festival is known for its multitude of secret sets and all-star headliner performances as the cherry on top.
