Rachel Owen, 48, has passed away following a battle with cancer. A mother of two and for 23 years romantic partner of Thom Yorke, Dr. Owen was a renowned artist- mixing photography & printmaking and also a scholar in medieval Italian literature.
Thom Yorke’s fans have expressed sadness over this loss while giving him a modern day Lennon status, contemplating about “Moon Shaped Pool” being heavily influenced by the declining romance and its demise as the couple had split in August 2015.
